Returns Policy


Mission Knives World.com offers the best experience possible for shipping and returns!

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time required for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL WITH INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROBLEM.  WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO WORK OUT A SOLUTION.  TOLL FREE 1-855-4TI-BUYS.

Used products or products damaged by you cannot be accepted for return.


Shipping

First of all...We do not want to make money on shipping items to our valuable Clients.  We love you guys, and for most knife purchases you make WITH US, we will SHIP FOR FREE WITHIN THE USA.  

If you are purchasing more than 1 item, we want to combine shipping to save whenever possible. So if it looks like shipping prices are getting too high, let us know and we will make sure that we are only charging the amount required to get the items to you safely.  We would gladly send a refund of any over charge on shipping cost settings from our shopping cart set up.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  Some countries do not even allow knives into the country!  YOU must know your laws, as MISSION KNIVES WORLD cannot and will not be held responsible for an item that could not be delivered legally to your address.  If an item is returned to MISSION KNIVES WORLD and designated as undeliverable, we will return the item(s) to inventory and refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs, and up to a 10% restocking fee.   

Free Shipping, when available, does not apply to international customers.  You are always welcome to contact us for specific price quotes on international shipping.  Our preferred carrier is USPS United States Postal Service.  On knife purchases we generally use Express Mail International, because it offers the best value and includes insurance, and delivery confirmation.  On a smaller purchase, we may be able to provide a less expensive method (first class international or priority flat rates), but that is on a case by case basis.   We want to get your items to you safely, and without any unneccesary expenses.  PLEASE SEND US ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING SHIPPING AND SHIPPING FEES.
